I am a person- centred experiential therapist (PCE) which means I offer help in working closely with your immediate experiencing and moment by moment processing. PCE can help you to find ways of moving forward whilst sensitively exploring your emotional process.
I have such a passion for working with the emotional process as I hold a strong belief that it is our emotions that tell us what we need to know about ourselves. I also work alongside you to help focus in on bodily felt sensations/ senses to deepen your experience.
If you are struggling to understand your own feelings this may be the model of therapy for you. Quite often there can be a disconnection between are thoughts and feelings as our thoughts can take over. PCE can help you to re -connect by focusing in on your emotions to gain deeper understanding. My belief is that past trauma/ anxiety is embodied and stays unresolved within us until we can connect with it.

I am an Registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) which helps to ensure an ethical practice. I have the relevant insurance in place and I attend regular supervision to ensure good counselling practice.
